This 13-hour seminar provides chiropractors with a comprehensive understanding of the Webster Technique in perinatal care. Participants will explore the physiological, emotional, and technocratic contributors to dystocia, refine hands-on adjusting techniques, and learn evidence-informed care protocols to support optimal neuro-biomechanical function in pregnancy. Emphasis is placed on safety, scope of practice, and salutogenic care for improved birth outcomes.
Adjusting for Birth: Maternal Biomechanics and the Effects of Fetal Positioning

Course Description
This course explores maternal biomechanics and fetal positioning from a chiropractic perspective, integrating anatomical, neurological, and fascial components that influence pregnancy, labor, and fetal development. Emphasis is placed on recognizing and addressing biomechanical patterns that contribute to fetal malposition, labor dystocia, and maternal discomfort. Attendees will learn hands-on techniques for pelvic balancing, soft tissue release, sacral motion analysis, and in-labor co-management strategies—all within chiropractic scope of practice.
