About
Dr. Jenny Mendes qualified from the University of Johannesburg with her Master’s degree in Chiropractic and opened her Chiropractic practice in Johannesburg South in 2017.
During her studies, she was fortunate to complete her internship at the Chiropractic day clinic at the University of Johannesburg. This allowed her to grow in the profession and see many patients from different walks of life. “It was an amazing learning experience,” she says. At UJ, she also had the privilege of being an Assistant Clinician to the new interns, providing them with knowledge and guidelines on how to progress in their own chiropractic careers.
She also worked at various sporting events, including rugby, cricket, water polo and multiple 94.7 Cycle Challenges. Dr. Jenny has a special interest in family-based care. She sees babies as young as a couple of days old and her oldest patient to date is 99 years old.
Dr. Jenny is currently busy with getting her Webster certification through The International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
