My approach:
I take a gentle, family-centred approach to paediatric chiropractic care. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming environment where both children and parents feel comfortable, heard and supported.
I believe every child is different, so I take the time to listen to your concerns, understand your child’s history and development, and assess them as an individual. Care is always tailored to the child in front of me, with techniques adapted according to their age, size, needs and comfort level.
I have a particular interest in babies, children and pregnancy, as well as breastfeeding. The whole family is welcome though! My training as a South African Certified Lactation Consultant allows me to look at feeding concerns from both a musculoskeletal and breastfeeding perspective, and to work alongside other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
What families can expect:
Your first visit is about getting to know you and your child, discussing what has brought you in and carrying out an appropriate assessment. I’ll explain my findings clearly and discuss whether chiropractic care is appropriate and how I can help. Treatment then follows.
I aim for every family to leave feeling listened to, informed and confident about the next steps — never rushed and never treated like just another appointment.
